In 2017 I decided to give up sugar.

I wanted to clear the leftover fog in my brain, I wanted to slow down my ageing process.

I was eating mostly raw and for sure unrefined plant-based food. It was not enough.

I felt eliminating most forms of sugar could have potentially been the answer to my needs.

It was.

And the journey has been so revealing that I have decided to share it through a program made of recipes, wisdom and love, hoping it might be of inspiration to you.
